Order Fulfillment
EquityHammer offers digital services, consulting, automation solutions, and apprenticeship programs. Since our services are delivered electronically, there are no physical goods to ship. The timeline for fulfillment depends on the specific service purchased, as outlined below:
Digital Products & Templates: Instant access upon successful payment.
Consulting & Coaching Services: Scheduled within 2-5 business days after purchase.
Custom Automation & Integration Services: Project-based fulfillment, with timelines agreed upon before work begins.
Apprenticeship & Training Programs: Enrollment confirmation is sent within 2 business days, and training schedules are provided before the start date.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital products and services. Refund eligibility varies by product or service type:
Digital Products & Templates: Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available.
Consulting & Coaching Services: Refunds are only available if the service has not yet been provided. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Custom Automation & Integration Services: Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started. Partial refunds may be considered based on project progress.
Apprenticeship & Training Programs: Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the program start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Shipping or Delivery Policy
Since all our products and services are digital, no physical shipping is required. Access to digital products is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, and service delivery timelines depend on the specific service purchased.
Return Policy and Process
Due to the nature of digital services and consulting, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to support@equityhammer.com, and we will work to resolve your concern.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions: Any subscription-based services require a 30-day notice prior to cancellation. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle following the notice period.
Consulting & Coaching Appointments: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Project-Based Services: Cancellation requests for ongoing projects must be submitted in writing. Partial refunds may be considered based on the project phase.
Apprenticeship & Training Programs: Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the program start date. No refunds will be issued after this period.
Legal & Export Restrictions
EquityHammer does not engage in the sale of physical goods and is not subject to export restrictions. However, certain digital products or consulting services may be subject to industry regulations. If applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws.
